About This Service

Concrete & Driveway Cleaning Done Right the First Time

A dirty driveway drags down the entire front of your home. Our commercial-grade surface cleaners produce even, streak-free results — with no wand marks or zebra stripes. We also specialize in stamped concrete: cleaning, sealing, and antiquing faded stamped patios, walkways, and pool decks to restore the color and depth they had the day they were poured.

Why It Matters

What You Get With Capital Pro

Even, Streak-Free Finish

Rotary surface cleaners avoid the wand-mark 'tiger stripes' DIY jobs leave behind.

Removes Oil & Rust

Specialty degreasers and rust removers included when needed.

Stamped Concrete Sealing

We seal stamped concrete with a premium wet-look sealer that locks out salt and water and brings back the sheen.

Antiquing & Color Restoration

Faded or washed-out stamped concrete? We re-apply antiquing color to restore the original contrast and depth — not just a shiny coat over gray concrete.

Boosts Curb Appeal

Often the single biggest visible improvement to your home's exterior.

Stamped Concrete

Sealing & Antiquing That Brings The Color Back

Faded, chalky stamped concrete doesn't need to be replaced. We clean it, re-apply antiquing color to restore the pattern contrast, then lock it in with a premium sealer.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it remove old oil stains?
Most of them — we set expectations before starting. Deep, old stains may lighten but not vanish.
Should I seal my driveway?
In the Capital Region, yes. Salt and freeze/thaw cycles chew unsealed concrete.
Do you seal stamped concrete?
Yes. Stamped concrete should be cleaned and re-sealed on a regular cycle — the sealer is what protects the color and keeps water and road salt out of the surface. We use a premium sealer and can finish it wet-look/high-gloss or matte, whichever you prefer.
My stamped concrete has faded — can the color be brought back?
Yes. We antique stamped concrete, re-applying color to the low points of the pattern to restore the contrast and depth it had originally. It's a true color restoration, not just a clear coat over a faded slab.
What's the difference between sealing and antiquing?
Sealing protects the surface and adds sheen. Antiquing restores the actual color and pattern contrast. On badly faded stamped concrete we do both — clean, antique, then seal — so the color comes back and stays locked in.
How often should stamped concrete be re-sealed?
Every 2–3 years in the Capital Region. Freeze/thaw cycles and salt break sealer down faster here than in warmer climates. If your stamped concrete looks dull, chalky, or is darkening when it rains, it's time.
How long before I can walk or drive on it?
Typically a few hours for foot traffic and 24–48 hours for vehicles, depending on the sealer and the weather. We'll give you exact times before we leave.
Do you offer a winter freeze/thaw protection special?
Yes — we run a fall concrete cleaning and sealing special focused on freeze/thaw and salt protection using a penetrating sealer. Ask about $50 off when you mention it. Details at /concrete-sealing-freeze-thaw.
How often?
Annual cleaning, sealer every 2–3 years.

The guys did a great job and the house looks beautiful. My sister drove by and said the same thing — it looks beautiful. They were so nice to talk to and deal with. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

In a state of bereavement we reached out and got an earlier date. When we returned from funeral proceedings the house was impeccable. Even areas we had no time to prep for were done. Nice work for sure. Call them — you won't be disappointed!
