Plan Questions
How much does the annual maintenance plan cost?
Plan pricing is based on the size of your home, your driveway and how much gutter run you have. We put together a written plan price after a quick quote — most homeowners find it comes in below what they'd pay booking each service separately.
When do the services happen?
We build a simple yearly schedule with you — typically a spring house wash and concrete clean, and a fall gutter clean-out with a roof check. You get a text before each visit and you don't have to remember to call.
Do I have to be home?
No. As long as we have access to water and to the areas we're cleaning, most maintenance visits happen without you needing to take time off.
Can I add services to the plan?
Yes. Decks, patios, pavers, fences, window cleaning, holiday lighting and permanent outdoor lighting can all be added at member pricing.
Is there a long-term contract?
The plan runs year to year. If it isn't working for you, tell us and we'll stop it — we'd rather keep customers because they want to stay.
Do you offer the plan in my town?
The plan is available anywhere we service across New York's Capital Region, including Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Colonie, Latham, Guilderland, Delmar, Niskayuna, Rensselaer and Ballston Spa.
