Our Process
We map the property — brick walk, bluestone stoop, poured drive, concrete apron — and set a different pressure and chemistry for each.
Pre-treat oil, rust, salt haze, and tannin. Rotary surface-clean on poured concrete. Lower-pressure clean with masonry chemistry on brick and stoops. Final rinse.
Once fully dry, we return and apply a densifier or penetrating sealer built for Northeast winters — the single biggest longevity move for Troy masonry.
